Development works include (i) paving of the Carrefour Kwéllé (Ngora II) – Yokadouma (PK 156+000) section, including the implementation of Environmental and Social Management Plan (ESMP) measures, (ii) access roads and connectivity for agricultural production areas, and (iii) road construction (asphalt and paving) including parking areas in the localities of Batouri and Yokadouma. , Environmental restoration work (Tree planting and other measures of the Environmental and Social Management Plan) , Construction/rehabilitation work on agricultural posts, storage facilities/aggregation centers for collections, including the development of seed nurseries and cocoa tree yards
the Overall Objective of the Program is to Contribute to the Internal and External Opening Up of the Territory, the Consolidation of Private Investments, and the Promotion of Industrialization in the Local and Regional Promising Value Chains.
