General notice for procurement : Energy-efficient Construction and Equipment Project for the Depots of the National Central Supply of Medicines and Essential Medical Consumables (cename)
This Project Has the Following Main Objectives:
the Overall Objective of the Project is to Carry Out Studies to Strengthen the National Network of Laboratories and the Supply Chain of Medicines and Health Products in Cameroon and Guarantee Continuous Availability of Quality Medicines.
the Specific Objective of the Ceedel/etudes Project Consists of Carrying Out Feasibility Studies of the Project as Well as Carrying Out the Aps, Apd, the Pges and the Dao of the Works and Equipment For:
the Management Coupled with a Central Depot, and Ten Regional Branches for the Storage and Distribution of Health Products for the Benefit of Cename.
the Repositioning of the Lnsp as Centers of Excellence, Through the Durable and Resilient Construction and Equipment of the Headquarters and Six Centers of Excellence (adamaoua, Center, Far North, West, Littoral and South) in (i) Toxicological Analysis, (ii) Water and Food Analysis, (iii) Molecular Diagnosis and Genomic Sequencing, (iv) Diagnosis of Genetic Diseases and Cancer, in Accordance with International Sentinel Surveillance Standards and (v) Diagnosis of Related Diseases with Climate Change.
The Government of the Republic of Cameroon has received an ADF loan from the African Development Bank Group to finance the activities of the CEEDEL-STUDY Project.
2. This project aims to achieve the following main objectives:
• The overall objective of the project is to conduct studies to strengthen the national network of laboratories and the supply chain for medicines and health products in Cameroon and to guarantee a continuous availability of quality medicines.
• The specific objective of the CEEDEL/STUDY project is to conduct feasibility studies for the project, as well as to prepare the preliminary design, detailed design, environmental and social management plan, and tender documents for the works and equipment for:
- The headquarters, coupled with a central warehouse and ten regional branches for the storage and distribution of health products for the benefit of CENAME. - The repositioning of the LNSP into centers of excellence, through the construction and sustainable and resilient equipment of the headquarters and six centers of excellence (Adamaoua, Centre, Far North, West, Littoral and South) in (i) toxicological analysis, (ii) water and food analysis, (iii) molecular diagnostics and genomic sequencing, (iv) diagnosis of genetic diseases and cancer, in accordance with international sentinel surveillance standards and (v) diagnosis of diseases related to climate change. |
