Restricted National MANAGEMENT AND SECURITY SERVICES OF THE COCOA AND COFFEE QUALITY CONTROL PLATFORM AT THE NATIONAL COCOA AND COFFEE OFFICE (ONCC) "UNDER EMERGENCY PROCEDURE"
As part of its cocoa and coffee quality control efforts, the Director General of the National Cocoa and Coffee Board (ONCC), the contracting authority, is launching a Restricted National Invitation to Tender for the management and security of the cocoa and coffee quality control platform. This Invitation to Tender follows the Expression of Interest No. 001/AMI/ONCC/CIPM/2026 of June 9, 2026.

The services covered by this Invitation to Tender are defined in the Terms of Reference (TORs).
3. Projected Cost New(Additive)
The provisional budget following the preliminary study is 49,500,000 (Forty-nine million five hundred thousand FCFA , i.e.:
- Firm tranche: 33,000,000 FCFA;
-Conditional Tranche: 16,500,000 FCFA |
