Contract notice: open procedure for the assignment of the transport and treatment service aimed at recovering the waste produced by the waste-to-energy plant in desio (mb).
The contract relates to the service consisting of the transport and treatment aimed at the recovery of waste (code e.E.R. 19.01.12) produced by the waste-to-energy plant, located in (02832) desio (mb), via gaetana agnesi, no. 272, owned by the contracting authority, brianza energiaambiente s.P.A. and managed by the company bea gestioni s.P.A., controlled pursuant to art. 2359 of the italian civil code from the aforementioned brianza energiaambiente s.P.A. (hereinafter, for the sake of brevity, the "client") - who manages, on the basis of a business branch lease contract, the aforementioned plant - according to the conditions established by the special tender specifications sub annex ii to the tender regulations.The contract relates to the service consisting of the transport and treatment aimed at the recovery of waste (code e.E.R. 19.01.12) produced by the waste-to-energy plant owned by the contracting station and managed by the client according to the conditions established by the special specifications of contract sub annex ii to the tender regulations.
