Tenders are invited for external support services in the areas of new work, change management and project management
As a method expert for new work, the external support is intended to enrich the bmdv, in particular department z 31, with new input and to bring in new ideas to support it, taking into account the specific work culture of the bmdv. the main focus of the service provision is advice and support in the implementation of elements for administrative modernization (ap 1). in addition, the contractor advises and supports the client across the board in the context of the topics of new work, change management and project management (ap 2) and in the establishment of working spaces (ap 3).
