Call for Tenders for Acquisition of equipment (electrical hardware and software) for the "institutional support" sub-component
Description of the contract
The Beninese Electricity Company (SBEE) requested and obtained funds from the West African Development Bank (BOAD) to finance the SBEE Networks Modernization and Extension Project (ProMER), and intention to use part of these funds to make payments under the Procurement Contract for equipment (electrical hardware and software) of the "Institutional Support" sub-component. The electrical hardware and software (4 tool cases with measurement equipment, 2 network analyzers, 4 CAMELIA calculation and profile) will be delivered to the SBEE Central Store located in AKPAKPA Cotonou, Republic of Benin.
SBEE is soliciting sealed bids from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to supply equipment (electrical hardware and software) for the "institutional support" sub-component, which concerns the acquisition of electrical hardware and software (four (04) Tool cases with measuring equipment, two (02) network analyzers, four (04) CAMELIA calculation and profile) and related Services (Training session in the use of the CAMELIA software for a period of two weeks at SBEE training center in AKPAKPA -Cotonou). SBEE may select a company based on the responses received. The tenderers are authorized within the framework of this call for tenders proposed technical specifications indicated in the DAO or those which are more advanced.
