Tenders are invited for Provision Of Contractor%s Medicalsurveiuanceservices At Orapa At Orapa, Iftuhakane And Damtshaa Mines
Prospective tenderers are required to attend a Compulsory Pre-Bid Meeting in order to get more clarity on the scope of services and the conditions under which the services are to be executed. Tenderers will also have an opportunity to ask questions on the scope of services. The site visit details are as follows;

Brief
The service to be rendered in terms of the contract for the provision of the risk-based contractor employee%s Medical surveillance service shall entail amongst others the following:
• Performing pre-employment, periodic, ad-hoc, and exit medical assessments as per similar exposure group (SEG) that include.
• General Health Questionnaires inclusive of respiratory questionnaires, fatigue questionnaires, and psychological questionnaires as well as past Medical History.
• General Medical Examination.
• Chest x-ray.
• Spirometry
• Audiometry
• Objective Vision Assessment (not just Snellen charts)
• ECG (if clinically required)
• Physical Ability Assessment {if required)
• Ergonomics Assessments (if required)
• Drug and Alcohol testing (if required)
• Any other risk-based assessments mandated by the SEG i.e. full blood count (FBC) for radiation workers.
