Lot no. Description
Lot 1 Rehabilitation/construction of defective Sewers and Manholes/Chambers of the existing Asafo Sewerage System
• Demolition of existing damaged chambers and manholes.
• Rehabilitation/construction of chambers and manholes.
• Rehabilitation/reconstruction of defective sewers.
• Desilting and flushing of existing sewer lines.
Lot 2 Rehabilitation/improvement of the existing Asafo Sewage Treatment Plant (Waste Stabilization Pond System):
• Desludging of ponds and rehabilitation of connecting chambers
• Construction of 2No. 30x70m Sludge Drying Bed
• Construction of 1No New Maturation Pond
Lot 3 Construction of Perimeter Fence and Cut-off Drain at the Existing Asafo Sewage Treatment Plant Site:
• Construction of 900mm Concrete U-Drain – Approximate length - 890m.
• Stream Diversion and Construction Covered Concrete Drain – Approximate length - 100m.
• Construction of Concrete Retaining Wall – Approximate length - 900m.
• Construction of Perimeter Fence Wall – Approximate length -. 1.8km length
A complete set of prequalification documents in English may be purchased by interested Applicants on the submission of a written application to any of the addresses 1&2 below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of GH¢500.00 for each lot. The method of payment will be by Cash. The documents will be collected in person on a pen drive.
