Tender Are Invited For CATERING SERVICES FOR THEIR U.S. INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION
The Embassy of the United States of America in Luanda, Angola requests proposals for catering services for their U.S. Independence Day celebration. The proposed menu should include the following, aligning with a traditional American backyard BBQ theme hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled chicken, a vegetarian selection and an assortment of salads. The presentation should be tasteful, and the food options should be simple and not messy. The proposal must include
• Logistical services
• All materials and equipment needed for successful service
• A cleaning support team
• A kitchen team
• A technical team
• Wine glasses, ice, and cooler boxes or buckets to chill white wine (For embassy provided red and white wine)
• Serving trays, cutlery (if necessary), plates and saucers, napkins, etc.
• Bags for rubbish and complete trash removal at the end of the event
• Clean-up plan and procedure for the space used for food preparation
