the Government of Sierra Leone Has Received financing From the African Development Fund Hereinafter Called the Bank Toward the Cost of the Mano River Union Road Development and Transport Facilitation Programme Phase Iv, and Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds Toward Payments Under the Contract for Upgrading of Regional Integrated Roads Project in Sierra Leone: Kailahun – Koindu – Guinea – Liberia Border Roads Project lot Ii: Buedu – Guinea – Liberia Border Roads 39km .for This Contract, the Borrower Shall Process the Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and Procedures for Investment Project Financing.” |
