Tender Are Invited For Internet Services
Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for connecting internet to the U.S. Embassy Gaborone through a fiber
optic link. If you would like to submit a quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete
the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that
follows this letter
he Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the site, The pre-proposal conference will be held on
Thursday, June 19, 2025, at 1000 AM virtually through Teams. Prospective vendors/quoters who are mostly
qualified and who have adequate resources to independently to execute this project should contact Contracting
Office on email gaboronegsoprocurement@state.gov on or before Tuesday June 17, 2025 by 1000 AM for a link to
access the virtual meeting. Internet connectivity failure or challenges will not be the responsibility of the U.S
Government or its representatives. No further consideration will be accepted after this date and time.
