Tender Are Invited For Rural electrification project for 172 localities by extending the medium and low voltage electricity distribution network in the Togolese Republic
Supply and works for the rural electrification of 172 localities by extension of medium and low voltage electricity networks (International Open Procedure)
The project owner is the Togolese State, represented by the Ministry of Mines and Energy Resources. The delegated project management (MOD) is provided by the Togolese Agency for Rural Electrification and Renewable Energies (AT2ER).
2. Description of the market
The Togolese Government has requested and obtained funds from the West African Development Bank (BOAD) to finance the rural electrification project of 172 localities by extending the medium and low voltage electricity distribution network in Togo, and intends to use part of these funds to make payments under the Contract relating to the said project. The Works will be carried out in Togo within 18 months . The works will involve the supply and installation, in the 172 localities, of (i) Medium Voltage (MV) overhead networks; (ii) MV/LV transformer stations; (iii) Low Voltage (LV) overhead networks with Public Lighting (PL) and (iv) connection kits.
