Tenders are invited for EU strategic communication in Gabon and Sao TometPrinc
Service contract with a communication company, responsible for providing significant support to the strategic communication of the European Union delegation in Gabon and Sao Tomé-et-Principe. The objective is to improve the knowledge, perception and scope of EUs action in Gabon and Sao Tomé-et-Principe, in particular in the deployment of the Global Gateway strategy. To this end, the EU delegation provides for the design and implementation of campaigns targeting a public of young adults (18-34 years), highlighting the positive supply of the EU in these two countries. The contractor will propose strategies to strengthen the perception, knowledge and understanding of the integrated EU offer, essentially in the context of the Global Gateway strategy, and its positive impacts for Gabonese citizens and Santomeens
