General Procurement Notice For: Guinea Electricity Access Scale Up Project-phase 2

The expected results are as follows:
Rehabilitation, reinforcement and extension of the MV and LV distribution networks in the city of Labé have been completed, including:
• The construction of 105.83 km of 30 kV overhead main lines in Almelec with a cross-section of 148 mm² ;
• The construction of 1.5 km of underground lines with a cross-section of 240 mm² ;
• The construction of 138.61 km of 30 kV MV distribution lines in 54.6 mm² almelec ;
• The construction of 1,247.46 km of LV lines with public lighting;
• The construction of 108 H61 type MV/LV transformer substations ;
• The construction of 63 H59 type MV/LV transformer substations ;
• The completion of 65,796 connections with supply and installation of metering, including 43,680 new connections and 22,116 to be regularized.
Rehabilitation and extension of the 30/30 kV substation at Pounthioun:
The services to be performed include, but are not limited to, the following work.
• Two (2) 30 kV network input cells;
• Three (3) 30 kV network departure cells;
• One (1) coupling cell;
• One (1) transformer protection cell for auxiliary services TSA;
• Connecting the cells;
• Protection and automation of 30 kV feeders;
• Power supply for auxiliary devices;
• Setting up the control and monitoring system for the workstation;
• Grounding;
• Correction of water leaks in the station building (foundation and roof);
• Removal of cells and existing DC power supply system.
