Description
As an international non-profit association, the West and Central African Council for Agricultural Research and Development (CORAF) works in 23 countries in West and Central Africa, covering 12.3 million square kilometers.
At the national level, CORAF works in partnership with national agricultural research systems (SNRAs) comprised of public agricultural research institutes, universities and other higher education institutions, farmers' groups, civil society organizations, the private sector, and any other entity involved in providing agricultural research services. It thus benefits from the support and guidance of its technical and financial partners.
As part of the implementation of its program of activities, CORAF has signed several financing agreements with its partners and intends to use these funds to make payments under supply and intellectual services contracts (Consulting Services) for the 2026 financial year.
Procurement will be conducted through calls for expressions of interest, invitations to tender, and restricted consultations, in accordance with CORAF's administrative, financial, and accounting procedures manual. The activities listed below are open to all eligible candidates.
The markets will cover the following areas and by type:
Consulting Services (Intellectual Services)
Recruitment of an individual consultant to carry out the baseline, mid-term and final studies of the TARSPro 2 project;
Recruitment of an external audit firm for the TARSPro 2 project;
Recruitment of an individual consultant for the training of relay trainers on technologies & innovations with an impact on the productivity of the targeted sectors;
Recruitment of an individual consultant for the training of relay trainers on post-harvest loss management technologies and innovations within the targeted sectors;
Recruitment of consultants within the framework of the ACIAR project;
Recruitment of an individual consultant to develop the 5-year business plan for the ACIAR project;
Recruitment of an individual consultant for the harmonization of seed policy.
Supplies and equipment (Goods)
Acquisition of communication materials.
Routine services
Printing of communication materials, production and printing of gadgets, control room, LED lighting and operator, audiovisual, media mobilization and press insertion (forum and press conference), stand layout, decoration of the forum room and reception facilities (MITA 2026);
Prepare and distribute communication and visibility materials.
