Scope: Conduct a Comprehensive Inspection and Assessment of the Existing Chlorine Gas Installation, Including Liquid Traps, Mamifolds, Injectors and Safety System. Identify and Report Any Defects, Leaks, Non-compliances, Or Deviation From Sans Standards and Ohs Requirements. Carry Out Necessary Repairs Or Replacements to Ensure the Installation Complies with Statutory and Manufacturer Requirements. Perform a Pressure/leak Integrity Test on the System After Repairs. After Successful Verification, Issue a Valid Coc for Chlorine Gas Installation. Provide a Detailed Assessment and Repair Report. Application Standards and Regulation: Ohs Act (pressure Regulation Equipment. Sans 10265 the Handling, Storage, and Disposal of Corrosive Substance. Sans 10260/sans 347 Pressure Equipment and Gas Installation. Contractor Requirements: Must Be Registered Gas Practitioner Qualified for Chlorine Gas Installation. Must Have a Valid Registration with South African Gas Association Or Other Approved Authority. Must Provide Proof of Qualifications, Coc Issuing Authority Approval. Must Supply Own Tools , Testing Equipment, and Ppe Suitable for Hazardous Gas. Deliverables: Deatailed Assessment Report with Findings and Recommendations. Record All Repairs Or Adjustments Made. Completed Leak/ Integrity Test Certificate. the Inpectors Must Be Registered with the Department of Labour as An Approved Inspector Authority
