The Government of Mozambique (” the Borrower”) has requested financing from the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (NMFA) and the German Development Bank (KfW), towards implementation of the “STIP” Initiative. The above financing will be used to fulfil eligible payments under the bid for which this SPN is issued. |
