1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business, issue of 21st August 2010. 2. The Government of Rwanda has received a grant from the African Development Fund (ADF) towards the cost of Interconnection of Electric Grids of Nile Equatorial Lakes, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this grant to payments under the Contract for Supply of 220/110Kv transformers and bay equipment’s for Shango and Bwishyura substations |
