The ipar-rwanda hereby invites qualified bidders to submit their bids for the supply of fuel. all bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of 190,000 frw.
the successful bidder shall be issued with a purchasing order to comfirm the need of fuel. the following administrative documents are required (trade license ; valid tax clearance from rra, valid certificate from rssb) and certificates of good completion for the similar tenders executed. |
