1. This Invitation for Bids follows the General Procurement Notice for this Project that appeared in Development Business, 2. The Government of Rwanda has applied for a loan from the ARAB BANK FOR ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN AFRICA towards the cost of Increasing Access to Electricity to some areas in Rwanda Project, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the Contract for Supply of prepayment meters and House connection accessories. |
