Certifi ed BBBEE certifi cate, sworn affi davit or exempt certifi cate. 80/20 evaluation criteria. Prices quoted must be fi rm and must be inclusive of VAT for vat vendors. Certifi ed ID Copies of Managing Directors/ Owners. MBD forms 4, 8 and 9 are compulsory submission. Bidders must be registered on CSD and provide confi rmation of registration. No couriered, faxed, e-mailed and late tenders will be accepted. Certifi cation of documents must be within a period of 90 days. |
