The national housing finance corporation soc npc is a schedule 3a public entity supporting housing delivery through the provision of loan finance in the affordable / gap housing market.
during the 2018/19 financial year it merged with two development finance institutions i.e. the national urban reconstruction and housing agency npc (“nurcha”) and the rural housing loan fund npc (“rhlf”) as part of the implementation of the ministry of human settlements’ decision to establish a human settlements development bank (“hsdb”) in support of the human settlements delivery value-chain. |
