the works comprise of the construction or rehabilitation of water harvesting and conveyance structures aimed at providing irrigation water to small and medium irrigation schemes for 16 schemes in the hhohho region, the manzini region and the shiselweni region. this is done in order to tackle food insecurity in eswatini while supporting economic growth by enhancing the availability of water. the scope of the works comprise of water harvesting facilities, conveyance structures and infield development. |
