The Government of Angola (GoA) engaged the World Bank Group (WBG) through the Angola State Owned Enterprise, Privatization and Public Private Partnership Reimbursable Advisory Services (RAS) Project. Within the PPP component, the overall objective is to support the preparation of the Governments PPP program through: i) diagnostic of the PPP Framework and implementation support; ii) capacity building of key government stakeholders, and; iii) PPP project screening and pre-feasibility analysis of up to four first-mover projects. The project screening has been completed and potential PPP projects have been identified. |
