A compulsory clarification meeting will be held on 14 july 2020 at 10h00 at cloetesville swimming pool, 160 curry road. tenderers who fail to attend the compulsory information session will be regarded as non-compliant, due to covid -19 pandemic, it is required that all health and safety requirements are adhere to. therefore services providers who wish to attend the compulsory clarification meeting must adhere to the regulations. i.e. must have own face mask, stationery, hand sanitizer, social distance of 1.5m etc. the meeting will be held in an open field and access to the plant room will be on an individual basis to allow tenderers to inspect the room. |
