This invitation for bids follows the general procurement notice (gpn) for this project that appeared in undb online and the african development bank website on 17th february 2016 and the new vision and daily monitor on thursday 25th february 2016.
the government of uganda has received financing from the african development bank toward the cost of the farm income enhancement and forestry conservation programme -project-2 (fiefoc- 2). it is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for procurement of rice value addition equipment: 30no rice threshers (25no portable engine powered rice threshers and 5no heavy-duty engine powered rice threshers), 25no rice reapers and 5no walking tractors. |
