Tenders are invited for realization of the " Solar 1000 MW " project
Bid bond :
The Technical and Financial Bids must be accompanied by the administrative documents required in the specifications of the Call for Bids to Investors and the bid bonds as follows:
For investors under foreign law:
in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand USD (500,000 USD) from a Bank legally domiciled in Algeria for each of the Lots of the 1000 MW Solar Project.
The originals of the bid bonds must be inserted in the bidding documents for the Call for Bids to Investors.
For investors under Algerian law:
in the amount of Seventy Million Algerian Dinars (70 Million DA) from a Bank legally domiciled in Algeria for each of the Lots of the 1000 MW Solar Project.
The originals of the bid bonds must be inserted in the bidding documents for the Call for Bids to Investors.
For Offers made up of investors of Algerian and foreign rights
The bid bonds will be remitted in foreign currency for the investor of foreign law nationality and in dinars for the investor under Algerian law in proportion to the participations of each of the investors.
The bid bond is releasable against delivery by the successful Bidder of the Investment Guarantee bond.
The proof of payment must mention the account to be credited endorsed by the candidate%s bank for a non-refundable amount of One Hundred and Forty Thousand Algerian Dinars (140,000 DA) to the current bank account N ° 002 00005 00522000083 84 of SHAEMS Spa or Thousand Dollars US (1000 USD) to the bank account in USD N ° 002 00005 0053000020 53 of SHAEMS Spa, opened with the External Bank of Algeria - Agence Hydra Djenane El Malik, Hydra –Alger.
