General procurement notice for Small Cities Sanitation Programme
The Tunisian National Sanitation Utility, ONAS intends using the proceeds of a loan from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and the African Development Bank [the Banks] for a project to rehabilitate and upgrade the sanitation network in 30 secondary cities (less than 10,000 inhabitants). The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of EUR 160 million, will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services:The project includes:
the construction of 19 new waste water treatment plants;
upgrade and rehabilitation of sanitation network systems including 126 kilometres of new networks and construction of 16 new pumping stations; and
related consulting services
