General procurement notice for Procurement of Non-Consulting Services to Support office services (Security, cleanness);
The Government of the United Republic of Tanzania has received financing in the amount of US$ 150 million from the World Bank for the implementation of the Tanzania Land Tenure Improvement Project under Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements Development, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds to payments for goods, works, non-consulting services and consulting services to be procured under this project. This project will be jointly financed by the Government of the United Republic of Tanzania in the amount of US$ 1.2 million equivalents to Tanzanian Shillings 2.8 Billion. The Project Development Objectives is to strengthen the national land administration system and increase tenure security in selected areas for both men and women.
Subcomponent 1.2: Urban Mass registration and issuance of 1,000,000 Certificates of Rights of Occupancy (CROs) and 1,000,000 Residential Licenses (RL). Urban land certification entails two distinct processes with different outputs: the formalization process to produce residential licenses (RLs), and the regularization of unplanned settlements to produce Certificate of Tittles (CROs)
