Tenders are invited for Implementation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) and acquisition of utility software for the benefit of SBEE
- Have achieved an average annual turnover over the last three (03) years at least equal to the amount of the tenderer%s financial offer . As such, the candidate must present certified financial statements for the last three years (2018, 2019 and 2020).- Have liquid assets in the form of equity or line of credit up to thirty (30) percent of the amount of the offer justified by a certificate from an approved bank or a financial institution in Benin.2. The Beninese Electric Energy Company (SBEE) has obtained funding from the French Development Agency (AFD) and the European Union to finance the construction of a solar power plant in Benin and the modernization of the information system of the Benin Electricity Company (SBEE). It is expected that part of the sums granted under this financing will be used to make the payments provided for under the contract relating to the implementation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) and acquisition of utility software for the benefit of of the SBEE.
