Expressions of interest for Consultancy Services for Supervision of the Works Contract for Engineering Procurement and Construction for Secondary Network Regularization and Supply and Installation of Pre-Paid Meters – Lot 2 and Lot 4
The Republic of Angola Has Received Financing From the African Development Bank Toward the Cost of the Energy Sector Efficiency and Expansion Project - Phase 1 (Eseep-1) and Intends to Apply Part of the Agreed Amount for This Loan to Payments Under the Contract for the Consulting Services for Supervision of the Works Contract for Engineering Procurement and Construction for Secondary Network Regularization and Supply and Installation of Pre-paid Metering Implementation of Pre-paid Meters. The Services Included Under This Contract Are: I) Evaluation and Approval of the Improvement Works on the Secondary Distribution Networks and the Meter Installations, to Be Carried Out by the Metering Project Contractor(S), Ii) Supervise the Execution of the Improvement Works Plan for the Secondary Distribution Networks, and Iii) Supervise the Contractor(S) Execution of the 651.493 Prepaid Meters Installation Plans. The Services Will Be Executed in the Following Areas Covered by Lots 1 and 3 of the "Engineering Procurement and Construction for Secondary Network Regularization and Supply and Installation of Pre-paid Meters" Contract, and the Expected Contract Period Duration Is 34 Months, as Set Out in the Terms of Reference Which Are Available Upon Request by Interested Consultants Responding to This Reoi: Epc Lot 2 Contract: Includes Secondary Network Regularization and Supply and Installation of 304,921 Pre-paid Meters in Customers of the Distribution Center 03 of Luanda Region and in Luanda to Be Implemented by an Epc Contractor. Epc Distribution Center 3 Contract: Covers the Areas of Municipality of Belas (Distrricts of Ramiros, Cabolombo, Kilamba, Zona Verde, Morro Dos Veados), Municipality of Kilamba Kiaxi (Districts of Palanca, Sapú, Nova Vida, Golfe) Municipality of Talatona (Districts of Talatona, Benfica, Futungo, Lar Do Patriota, Camama, Cidade Universitária and Mussulo). Epc Lot 4 Contract: Includes Secondary Network Regularization and Supply and Installation of 303,586 Pre-paid Meters in Customers in Bengo, Cabinda, Cuanza Norte, Malange, Uige, Zaire, Cuando Cubango, Cunene, Huíla, Namibe and in the North and South Regions to Be Implemented by an Epc Contractor.
