Contract notice: Procurement of broker services
The purpose of this tender is to contract a maximum of (1) one supplier who is responsible for the delivery of broker services and intermediary services to the municipalities. the following organizations are participating in this tender: the work organizations hltsamen (hillegom, lisse and teylingen) and over-municipalities (wormerland and oostzaan), the municipality of Velsen, the municipality of Ouder-amstel and the municipality of Noordwijk.Scope The hiring of externals can be subdivided into four flex groups. flex group 1: generic functions in primary and support process (up to and including MBO level) flex group 2: specific functions in support process (HBO/WO level) flex group 3: specialist functions in primary process (lbo/mbo level) flex group 4: specialist functions in primary process (mbo+/hbo/wo level) the brokers scope includes: providing services with regard to the provision of external hired employees from flex groups 2 to 4 (professional). for flex group 1, the municipalities/organisations have an agreement with randstad bv. This concerns the following broker services:• intermediary services (recruitment, selection, administration, contracting)• contract service suppliers• contract service self-employed
