The facility object of the contract is based on the provision of services driven based on the needs of the beneficiary honduran institutions for the demands related to the modernization of the state and inclusion of the gender approach in public policies, and of the european union delegation (due ) for aspects of public diplomacy and strategic communication. the main sectors of intervention will be those contained in the mip (multi-annual indicative plan) of honduras. requests for service provision will be formally channeled to the due, once arranged with the competent institutions through ad-hoc prioritization committees.
