Tenders are invited for Acquisition and supply of construction materials to people affected by the Project (PAP) in the District Communes of Douala 3rd and 5th, Urban Community of Ngaoundere, District Commune of Ngaoundere 2; Commune d%Arrondissement de Yaoundé 5th and 7th in three (03) lots.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Development (Project Owner) is requesting closed bids from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required to provide services relating to the acquisition and supply of building materials. construction for people affected by the Project (PAP) in the District Communes of Douala 3rd and 5th, Urban Community of Ngaoundere, District Commune of Ngaoundere 2; Commune d%Arrondissement de Yaoundé 5th and 7th in three (03) lots.
Bid bond
Offers must be accompanied by an Offer Guarantee which will remain valid for 28 days beyond the period of validity of the offer, i.e. a total period of validity of one hundred and eighteen (118) days from the deadline for submission of tenders. The amount of the guarantee of the offer is:
Batch 1: 2,000,000 FCFA excluding VAT
Lot 2: 200,000 FCFA excluding VAT
Batch 3: 200,000 FCFA excluding VAT
