Tenders are invited for Supply of clinical laboratory equipment for health citadel in kassala sudan
Legal basis, eligibility and rules of origin
The law applicable to this contract, including the tender procedures, and its execution is the law of
the country of the Contracting Authority, which is Italy, supplemented as appropriate by the
Sudanese law. In case of conflict Italian Law will prevail.
Participation in tendering is open on equal terms to all natural and legal persons (participating either
individually or in a grouping – consortium – of tenderers/tenderers), which are established in one
of the Member States of the European Union, Sudan, Horn of Africa countries and East African
Community members. Participation is also open to international organisations.
