Base Price
The proposed price cannot exceed the base price of 180,000,000.00 ECV (One hundred and eighty million Cape Verdean escudos).
Obtaining and cost of tender documents
The tender documents, in Portuguese, will be available at the addresses via email: contests.icv@gmail.com between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, upon payment of the non-refundable amount of 90,000.00 CVE (ninety thousand Cape Verdean escudos) with VAT, through deposit in the current account to be indicated by the accounting services. For submission of proposals each bidder will have to acquire the dossier under penalty of not being admission.
