Lot 1: planning and engineering services for soil remediation lot 2: engineering and expert services for ongoing operation and optimization of hydraulic groundwater remediationlot 1 - soil remediation the contracted services are essentially divided into the following partial services: - basic services and special services for the service phases 5 - 9 according to §43 hoai (engineering structures), - local construction supervision as a special service for the basic services from service phase 8 (according to annex 12 to §43 paragraph 4 hoai), - environmental technical construction supervision as a special part of the local construction supervision, - geotechnical construction supervision as a special part of the local construction supervision, - safety and health protection coordination as well as work and safety coordination, - documentation. details will be selected applicants at a later date can be found in the task description.Lot 2 - groundwater remediation; the contracted services are essentially divided into the following sub-services: - monitoring the operation of the groundwater treatment plant to ensure the operation in accordance with the decision, including deadline and cost control, - plant controls in coordination with the technical plant supervisor, - coordination measures, - planning, support of the groundwater monitoring including coordination with the operating company and the chemical-analytical laboratory, ongoing control and evaluation of incoming measured values ????of the operation and the analyses, updates of the risk assessments including implementation in the system optimization, documentation, - safety and health protection coordination including identification of possibilities for avoidance or minimizing health and safety risks during operation, - preparation of annual reports for the documentation of the sanitation operation, - preparation and participation in the award of power third-party services (operational, maintenance and repair services, chemical analysis). selected applicants will be able to find details in the task description at a later date.
