Tenders are invited for Acquisition of food storage equipment (five (5) cold rooms) in 5 major markets in the city of Kinshasa (Gambela, Somba Zikida, Kabambare, Kalembelembe and Central Market) on behalf of the Cellule de l Women%s Entrepreneurship (CEF) of the Ministry of Gender, Children and Family (Acquisition and installation)
1. The Democratic Republic of Congo has received financing from the African Development Fund (ADF), through the Transition Support Facility (TAF), administered by the African Development Bank (AfDB) hereinafter referred to as the Bank to finance the Support Project for Governance and Improvement of Electrical Services (PAGASE), and intends to use part of this Grant to make payments under the Contract for the Acquisition of preservation of foodstuffs (five (5 cold rooms) in 5 major markets in the city of Kinshasa (Gambela, Somba Zikida, Kabambare, Kalembelembe and Central Market) on behalf of the Women%s Entrepreneurship Unit (CEF) of the Ministry of Gender, Child and Family (Acquisition and installation).he Project Coordination and Management Unit (UCM) of the Ministry of Water Resources and Electricity, acting as a fiduciary agency on behalf of the Women%s Entrepreneurship Unit (CEF) of the General Secretariat for Gender, Family and Children of Ministry of Gender, Child and Family (Acquisition and Installation), solicits sealed Bids from eligible Bidders who meet the qualifications required to supply and install food storage equipment (5 cold rooms) in 5 major markets of the city of Kinshasa (Gambela, Somba Zikida, Kabambare, Kalembelembe and Central Market) on behalf of the Women%s Entrepreneurship Unit (CEF) of the Ministry of Gender, Children and Family in Kinshasa in the DRCfor a maximum period of eight (8) months of execution. The Bidding Documents in French may be purchased by any interested Bidder by submitting a written request to the address below against a non-refundable payment of two hundred US dollars (200.00 USD) . The method of payment will be by cash deposit to the bank account with the following details:Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security, for an amount of ten thousand US dollars (10,000.00 USD) .
