Tenders are invited for Recruitment of a national study firm for the development of a legisic guide.
Objective and scope of the mission
The purpose of the Legistics Guide will be to set up a shared methodology for the preparation and drafting of legislative and regulatory texts.
More specifically, this Guide will:
- master the processes and techniques for drafting and adopting quality normative texts;
- harmonize the rules for designing and drafting normative texts;
- share experiences between high-level lawyers;
- remind the procedures of examination, control and adoption of the normative texts;
- present a reference system in the form of a Guide to legistics;
- explain the framework for the effective establishment of the Central Directorates of Legal Affairs of the Ministries as well as the distribution of roles and responsibilities between the institutional actors, in the process of examination, adoption and publication of normative texts .
