Call for Tenders for To carry out the development work on the square in front of the maison des jeunes in aioun.
The Government of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania has received funding from the World Bank to finance the Support Project for Decentralization and Productive Intermediate Cities-MOUDOUN, and intends to use part of this grant to make payments under the development contract for the square in front of the Maison des Jeunes in Aioun . For this contract, the Borrower will make payments using the disbursement method as defined in the World Bank Disbursement Guidelines for the financing of investment projects.
Have an average annual turnover for construction works during the last (03) three years (2021, 2020 and 2019) of at least 6,000,000 MRU . The amounts of work must be justified Exclusively by certificates drawn up by the project owners and project managers. To be accepted, these certificates must (i) mention the amount of the contract and its completion date, or failing that, attach the cover page of the contract to the certificate. And must be issued by public or semi-public legal persons or by any other recognized international body.The French Tender Documents may be purchased by any interested Bidder by making a written request to the address below against a non-refundable payment of two thousand Ouguiya (2,000 MRU) to the Public TreasuryThe Bidder must demonstrate that it has liquid assets or has access to unencumbered assets or lines of credit, etc. other than any start-up advance, to amounts sufficient to meet the cash requirements necessary for the execution of the works covered by this Call for Tenders up to 2,000,000 MRU .Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security for an amount of MRU 100,000 valid for 118 days from the date of opening of bids.
