he Government of the Kingdom of Morocco concluded, on November 30, 2015, a second cooperation program (Compact II) with the Government of the United States of America, represented by Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) with the aim of enhancing the quality of human capital and improving land productivity. The budget allocated by MCC to this cooperation program amounts to 460.5 million dollars, to which is added a contribution from the Moroccan government of at least 15%. The overall amount is intended to finance two projects, namely "Education and training for employability" and "Land productivity", the implementation of which is spread over 5 years and 9 months from June 30, 2017. The first The project comprises three activities, namely "Secondary education", "Vocational training" and "Employment", while the second project revolves around three activities, namely "Governance of land", "Industrial land" and " rural land .
