Expressions of interest for Service providers specializing in the fields of engineering civil and construction, and with proven expertise in the field of rehabilitation and construction of community administrative and socio-economic infrastructure. with a view to building a database of companies and thus enabling competitive bidding according to UNDP procedures.
As part of the implementation of its activities, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in BURUNDI, is launching this call for expressions of interest for service providers specializing in the fields of civil engineering and construction. , and having proven expertise in the field of rehabilitation and construction of community administrative and socio-economic infrastructure. with a view to creating a database of companies and thus allowing competitive bidding according to the procedures of the
UNDP.
The present request is launched for the non-exclusive intention of construction companies / service providers established in BUJUMBURA and various localities of BURUNDI.
Interested construction companies / service providers must provide the following information:
- The presentation document of the Company (the company profile in 5 pages maximum and a complete address (location map, people to contact, telephone, email);
- The Certificate of registration in the commercial register in relation to the subject of the call for expressions of interest;
- The up-to-date tax regularity certificate (less than three months old);
- The up-to-date social security certificate and ACFPE discharge;
- Demonstrate a confirmed experience of at least 4 years in the field (present the client portfolio as well as references with names and telephone and e-mail contacts)
- Present a list of work carried out, with the value of the contracts, over the past four years (2018-2019-2020-2021);
- Justify a demonstrated experience with the agencies of the United Nations System
United or similar international organizations;
- Provide performance certificates for the three largest recent contracts
- The organizational chart of the company with the key personnel (administrative and technical) employed on a permanent or temporary basis;
- The presentation of the technical capacity of the company (material and logistical means, head office, stock management);
- The most recent financial statements (income statement and balance sheet), including the report of the auditors for the years 2019, 2020 and 2021
- The presentation of the company's key personnel (CVs + diplomas to be presented: management, engineers, site manager);
- Coverage areas (companies will specify the different cities where they have facilities
