Express Of Interest for Conveyor Maintenance Services & Spare
Interested companies will be requested to comply with the following, amongst others:
• Be fully compliant to all statutory regulations required by Cl PA and Government of Botswana
• Provide shareholding certificate/s
• Provide valid Tax Clearance certificate or tax exemption certificate
• Confirmed bank details less than 3 months old—from the bank
• Experience in the field of discipline
• Proof of applicable insurance covers
• Have SHE Plan and provide safety records for the past three years
• Undergo Security and Background check process and be subject to all Lucara Botswana internal security and vendor registration procedures, including but not limited to Safety, Health and Environment, Business Integrity, and Anti Money laundering considerations.
