Description
UNFPA, the United Nations Population Fund, an international development agency, is seeking qualified offers for the evaluation of the project "sexual and reproductive health of adolescents and young people in Benin". . Your company is hereby invited to submit its best technical and financial offer for the requested services. Your submission may form the basis of a Professional Service Agreement (CPS) between your company and UNFPA.
The bidding process will be conducted using a TWO-envelope system. Interested bidders are requested to submit their technical bid separately from their financial bid containing price information. Specific instructions for submission can be found in Section I — Instructions to Bidders, Clause 20 Submission, Sealing and Marking of Bids.
