Request for proposal: Hiring an Air Conditioning Maintenance Company.
1. Purpose
The purpose of this term is to hire a company specialized in the
preventive and corrective maintenance with replacement of parts and supply of
consumables when there is a need to carry out repairs or
maintenance of the 54 air conditioners installed in the building
UNICEF In this way, guaranteeing good conditions of use of the equipment,
through the assistance and preventive maintenance necessary for them.
2. With the contracted company it is intended that:
2.1. The contracted company establishes parameters for visual verification of the
state of cleanliness, removal of dirt by physical and
maintenance of the state of integrity and efficiency of all
components of the air conditioning systems, in order to guarantee the
indoor air quality and the prevention of risks to the health of users of
air-conditioned environments.
2.2. The contracted company must, in the first instance, present a plan
well-designed preventive and corrective maintenance that will serve as the basis
for your services.
2.3. Upon request by UNICEF, the contracted company may carry out the
maintenance of AC equipment based on the elaborated plan,
respecting the manufacturers' prescriptions.
2.4. When carrying out the maintenance, the contracted company must keep in mind that
this maintenance activity aims to preserve the air quality of
indoor environments and at the levels defined by the Ministry of Health.
2.5. The preventive maintenance plan presented by the contracted team
may be flexible, allowing its change at any time by the
UNICEF, which may modify the routines and frequency of services,
simply communicate to the contracted company in writing, which will have the
maximum of 05 (five) business days to make the necessary adjustments.
2.6. In the event that the technical supervisor of the contracted company deems
necessary changes or additions to maintenance routines
for the safe and efficient operation of devices and systems, you must
submit the matter to UNICEF management and wait for authorization.
2.7. The company will carry out the corrective maintenance, in a planned or
no, whenever there is need for repair, restoration, repair,
replacement of appliances, components, accessories or parts in the search for
correct faults, and should be minimized with the constant practice of
prevention and planned in the event of partial or total downtime of systems
or devices involved.
2.8. If the contracting company exchanges materials in a
particular appliance, you will be obliged to return all parts,
components and materials now replaced in the act of maintenance or

2.9. The contracting company must pay attention to the equipment or systems
that are under warranty period, and must apply the services of
corrective maintenance only after finding that the problem
