General procurement notice for Recruitment of an Individual Consultant for the development and periodic updating of a database of beneficiaries of LRAP and ICT projects
The Millennium Government of Togo has received a grant of Thirty-five million US Dollars to enable the United States Government%s Challenge Corporation (MCC) to enable the Government of Togo to implement this program and achieve the goals of the MCC (Threshold) grant, and he intends to use part of the funds for payment of contracts for goods and services. Threshold, MCC funding is allocated by the United States Congress and reserved 4 in advance without incremental or partial funding. Thus, when a contract is signed with an MCA Entity, the funds are already available to the MCA Entity and, for most contracts, the invoices are paid directly to Suppliers/Consultants/by the US Treasury.
