General procurement notice for Supply of motorcycles
of a pilot sustainable climate resilient Faecal Sludge Management (FSM) treatment unit
1. The Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho has received a Loan from the African Development Fund to finance part of the Lesotho Lowlands Water Development and Sanitation Project -Phase III. 2. The overall development objective of the project is to increase the quality, access, and sustainable operations of improved water supply and sanitation services in Botha - Bothe district and its resilience to climate change impacts 3. The project includes the following components i) Climate Resilient and Low Carbon Emission Water Supply Infrastructure Development, (ii) Sanitation Services Improvement; (iii) Institutional Strengthening, Capacity Building and Program Management. The methods of procurement include Open Competitive Bidding (OCB) – International and national; Limited Competitive Bidding (LCB); Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS); Consultants’ Qualifications Selection (CQS); Least-Cost Selection (LCS); Individual Consultants (IC); and Community-Based Participation method.
