General procurement notice for Undertake technical assessments on three (3) potential sites from the eight sites assessed during the ESMAP resource assessment program
1. The Republic of Zambia has received a grant from the African Development Bank to finance the Wind Power Promotion Project. 2. The principal objective of this project is to determine the feasibility of 40 MW grid-connected wind power plant on three (3) potential sites in order to assess possible wind system development and estimate the construction cost, assessment of tariff, performance, and site impacts. Consulting services under the project will be selected using the Quality and Cost Based (QCBS) Procurement Method.
