Contract notice: "selection of a supplier of net active electrical energy and coordinator of a balancing group for the needs of rdsp-burgas and dsp in the territory of burgas region"
The purpose of the public procurement is to select a supplier of electricity and coordinator of a balancing group, according to the provisions of the rules for trade in electricity (ptee), by concluding a contract for combined services within the meaning of art. 20 of the pte, namely purchase of electricity and payment of all services used by the contracting authority as an end customer: "access to the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network", "electricity transmission through the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network" and "responsibility for balancing", as well as settlement of relations in connection with the payment of amounts due for network services for the relevant price period.The purpose of the public procurement is to select a supplier of electricity and coordinator of a balancing group, according to the provisions of the rules for trade in electricity (ptee), by concluding a contract for combined services within the meaning of art. 20 of the pte, namely purchase of electricity and payment of all services used by the contracting authority as an end customer: "access to the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network", "electricity transmission through the electricity transmission and/or electricity distribution network" and "responsibility for balancing", as well as settlement of relations in connection with the payment of amounts due for network services for the relevant price period.
