Request for proposal : Selection of Air-conditioned Vehicle Rental Companies to Agencies of the United Nations System in Benin
I. Objectives and tasks
The objective is to make available to UN Agencies, on the basis of their request, vehicles in good working order and providing optimal safety conditions.
It is :
• 4X4 vehicle rental throughout the national territory;
• Sub-region 4X4 vehicle rental (Togo, Nigeria, Burkina, Niger, Ghana);
• Rental of small vehicles (sedan) for travel within the same city;
• Bus rental for travel throughout the national territory and in the sub-region (Togo, Nigeria, Burkina, Niger, Ghana).
II. Expected results
It is expected of this mission that:
• Vehicles in very good condition are diligently made available to UN agencies;
• UNS security measures are taken into account;
• Qualified and experienced personnel (file manager and vehicle drivers) are made available.
III. Expected products
At the end of each mission, the structure must provide:
• A point of the mission (according to a framework made available by the UNS);
• The critical incidents identified;
• The bill ;
And a summary on a quarterly basis.
